Cool Offer To Make a Seller...

Speaking of offers to make on houses that are in foreclosure, when dealing with a seller who's in foreclosure trying to sell their house on their own, here's the offer to make.



List all the things wrong as mentioned in the above situation, but make the offer absurdly low. For example, let's say a house is worth $150K. The loan is $125K. Make the offer $85K. Then take the offer to the lender.

Many times lenders will discount the loan. You don't know what the lenders business is like at the moment they receive your offer. It sounds crazy but it does happen.

The lender will often counter but even that price is low compared to the value of the home. It doesn't work in all situations but it's worth trying because the pay off is extreme!
