During my recent inspection of your residence, the following conditions were found to be below the standards as defined in your Lease Agreement. Corrective action must be taken within the next ten (10) days of receipt of this letter and be followed up on a continual basis. Continued neglect will leave us no alternative except to take action under your Lease Agreement.

Lawn needs care. Water, fertilize, trim edges, and mow to prevent further damage.

Trees and shrubbery need watering and trimming.

Clean up after your animals. Municipal ordinances prohibit these unsanitary conditions.

Repair or replace windows, screens, doors or gates.
Pick up and remove trash.

Clean walls and doors on the interior. Touch up matching paint.

Repair leaking faucets to stop dripping and prevent greater damage to the seat and faucet.

Tighten all loose hardware on and replace lost or damaged items.

Replace furnace filters or air conditioner pads.

Remove the inoperative automobile you have stored on the premises.
