It is understood by all parties that to take advantage of the PRE-PAYMENT RENTAL DISCOUNT, the rent must be paid before the first of the month. Failure to receive the payment because of poor mail delivery, holidays, etc., will not be accepted as a reason for late payment. You will be charged the contract amount.

If paid on the first to the fourth of the month, your rent is the regular contract monthly amount.
