Pre-Payment Rental Discount

It is understood by all parties that to take advantage of the PRE-PAYMENT RENTAL DISCOUNT, the rent must be paid before the first of the month. The rent must be received by ___________________________ before the first of the month. Failure to receive the payment because of poor mail delivery, holidays, etc., will not be accepted as a reason for late payment. You will be charged the contract amount.

If paid on the first to the fourth of the month, your rent is the regular contract monthly amount.
