The parties contemplate marriage, and desire to enter into the following contract under the terms of _________[statutory citation] with reference to handling of their properties.

Each party owns both real and personal property, and it is understood and agreed between both parties that all property owned by each party at the time of marriage, whether real, personal or mixed, shall remain the property of the party owning the same, and the other party disclaims any interest in it.

It is understood and agreed that wife owns property in the state of _________, and in the event she receives any rents from the property, or any income from it, husband gives the same to her, so that such income will continue to be the separate property of wife.

It is further agreed that husband will support wife and will do so out of income from his separate property: however, if there is sufficient income above the amount necessary to support parties, wife gives the balance of husband's income to him so as to make the same his separate property.

It is agreed that, in the event of a dissolution of the marriage, neither party shall claim any interest in the property of the other party.

This contract is made in order to adjust all property rights between the parties prior to marriage so that there will be no conflicting interest in the two estates and so that the two estates of husband and wife shall remain separate and distinct.
