In consideration of this deed to county, grantee agrees to construct but not maintain good, sufficient, substantial fences on each side of road. Fences shall be constructed in a first-class, workmanlike manner, shall come within the definition of a legal fence under the statutes of the State of _________. Grantee agrees to construct gateways in the fences on either side, so that grantor will have access from one side of his land to the other and further side; to make approaches to highway at or near _________; to construct road so as to make, in drains under it, the water on _________ side of highway flow to _________ side and into _________ river; and if a bridge is constructed across _________ near _________, bridge shall be so constructed that it will act as a cattle pass from one side of road to the other.
