It is the intention of the parties to marry each other in the near future.

Husband is seized in fee simple of certain real property and owns certain personal property.

It is the intention of wife to waive and relinquish all her homestead and other rights or interests, either as wife or widow of husband, in and to any property now owned or later acquired by husband.
