Seller agrees to sell and buyer agrees to buy the stock of fixtures, tools, equipment and tires, value to be determined by two invoicers, one chosen by each party, and in event that the two invoicers cannot agree on price of any article, a third party shall be called in who shall fix price of that article.

The invoice of stock shall commence on morning of _________, 19__, and shall continue until the stock is appraised and on final appraisement buyer shall pay appraised value of it to seller.
