B agrees to the joint use of the driveway, either by A or A's heirs or assigns.

It is agreed that the joint driveway has been constructed at the expense of B as follows: A solid slab of concrete _________ × _________, extending from the inside of the curb, across the parking to the sidewalk; a _________ foot concrete retaining wall to protect the property of A; _________ × _________ feet of concrete and _________ × _________ feet of gravel base on the driveway; also _________ × _________ feet of gravel for a turnaround, the latter being located on the property of B but for the joint use of the parties to this agreement.
