LANDLORD’S WAIVER TO TENANT'S FIXTURES

Be it known, ___________________________ (Landlord) hereby waivers all claim to

certain equipment, fixtures, improvements, accessories or appurtenances as may be installed by ____________________________________ (Tenant) on the premises at:

Landlord agrees to that said personal property are trade fixtures and shall remain property of Tenant and may be removed by Tenant when the tenancy expires. However, pursuant to this waiver Tenant agrees to restore said premises to its original condition to the extent reasonably practicable.

This agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, assigns, personal agents and representatives.
