Of stock and equipment of garage. This agreement, made _________, 19__, between _________, seller, and _________, buyer. Seller sells to buyer, and buyer purchases from seller, the following-described property, situated and lying in _________, and contained in garage at _________ and known as _________, consisting of all stock in trade and complete shop equipment, including goodwill in trade, and present lease dated _________, 19__, and ending _________, 19__, which lease buyer will secure from lessor. At and for the price of $_____, of which $_____ have been paid prior to signing of this agreement and balance to be paid as follows: $_____ more in cash on or before _________, 19__, and $_____ more to be paid in monthly installments of $_____ a month. The air compressor is not included in sale. And on payment as above of unpaid purchase money, a deed for property shall be executed at buyer's expense by seller, which shall convey the property by a good and merchantable title to buyer. Taxes to be paid or allowed for by seller to time of settlement, _________. Time is the essence of this contract, and $_____ shall be paid on $_____ on _________, and $_____ on _________, or sooner, at which time possession will be given buyer. At time of settlement, buyer shall sign notes jointly with his wife, together with chattel mortgage as security for unpaid purchase money.
