Particular agreements—Alterations and new construction work. Plans and specifications for Tenant's Work must be submitted by Tenant to Landlord within 15 days of execution of this Lease Agreement. All such Tenant's Work shall be subject to Landlord's approval and acceptance, which shall be a condition to any reimbursement provided in this agreement.
The cost of any and all work not specifically delineated as Landlord's Work, or any increase in cost resulting from subsequent changes, shall be the responsibility of and paid for by Tenant. Tenant shall apply, or cause to be applied for, a Certificate of Occupancy upon notification by contractor or Landlord that the Demised Premises are ready for occupancy.
