Policy of insurance. Husband agrees with trustees, their executors, administrators, and assigns, that if intended marriage shall take place, husband will not do or suffer anything by which the policy of insurance may become void or voidable, or trustees or trustee may be prevented from receiving moneys to become payable under it or any part of it; and that if policy has or shall become voidable, husband will immediately, at his own cost, do all things necessary for restoring or keeping on foot the same; and if policy, or any new policy to be effected as is mentioned below has or shall become void, husband will immediately at his own cost, effect, or enable trustees or trustee to effect, a new policy or policies on his life, in their or his names or name, in such sum or sums as would have been payable under policy or policies which shall have become void if husband had then died; and that every such substituted policy, and moneys to become payable under it shall be held and applied upon the trusts, and with and subject to powers and provisions, declared and expressed by this agreement concerning original policy and the moneys to become payable under it; and further, that husband will punctually pay annual premiums and other sum or sums of money, if any, necessary for keeping on foot original policy and any substituted policy or policies, and will forthwith deliver receipt for every such payment to trustees or trustee.
