Property agreement as to community property. Agreement is made this _________, 19__, between _________, of _________, husband, and _________, of _________, wife. Because the parties desire to settle and adjust their property rights between them, therefore, the parties, in consideration of the mutual promises of each party, agree as follows: 1. Husband agrees to convey to wife as her sole and separate property all his right, title and interest in and to the property known and described as follows: _________ 2. Wife agrees to convey to husband as his sole and separate property all her right, title and interest in and to the property known and described as follows: _________ 3. All the rest and remainder of the property now owned by the parties or either of them is to be and remain their community property. 4. All property acquired by either of the parties to this agreement shall be and remain community property [or "the sole and separate property of the party so acquiring it," or as the case may be].
