Railroad Depot. The facts being that each of _________("property owners") is the owner of real estate near the property now occupied by _________ as a residence; and That B has been negotiating with the _________ Railroad Company to secure a new depot in _________, to be located on the property owned by _________, the same to be located on the _________ right-of-way, beginning at _________, and from that point running with the _________ Company right-of-way to _________ Street, then to _________, and then parallel with the _________ right-of-way to the proposed extension of _________ Avenue or at a stake _________ feet from _________ Street so as to maintain a width of _________ feet at all points from the _________ right-of-way; and That in order to secure the location of that depot at the above-described place it is necessary that _________ Avenue be extended through the property of _________ from _________ Street to the _________ Railway right-of-way; and That B has made arrangements to secure the above-described lot for a depot site and extension of _________ Avenue from the owners for the consideration of $_____, and the paving of the street and building of the sidewalks free of cost to _________: Now, therefore, in consideration of the premises as recited above, and the further consideration of the advantages that will result to property owners and the enhancement in the value of their property by reason of the opening of that street and the location of the depot, property owners do here agree and bind themselves to pay to B the amounts set out opposite their names for the above-described purposes, as follows:
And we do further here agree and bind ourselves to pay the above-described sums of money here subscribed to B as follows, $_____ cash in hand paid, $_____ of which is to be paid by _________ and balance to be evidenced by satisfactory notes of property owners that do not pay in cash, payable in _________, _________, and _________ years from date of location of the depot site. In witness, each of the parties have subscribed their names, the day and year stated above.
