In consideration of agreement, of each to marry the other, it is agreed by the parties, that their property rights and interests shall be governed by the terms and conditions of this agreement as set out below, so far as the same shall relate to the property described or mentioned in this agreement.

1. A [intended husband] shall have no right, title or interest in and to the farm property now owned by B [intended wife], conveyed to her by _________. On the death of B, all real property now owned by her or the proceeds from it, whether the property has been sold and proceeds reinvested in other property or not, and in whatever form the property shall be at the time of her death, the same shall descend to the heirs-at-law, or the devisees and legatees of B, free and clear, and not subject to any claim of A for dower rights or distributive share or interest in it, and A waives and renounces any and all claim to any right or interest in or to the property or the proceeds from it.

2. B shall have the right at all times to invest any or all of the rents and profits and proceeds from such real estate in maintaining the improvements now on the property, or in making new improvements thereon as she may decide at any time to do.

3. All other property now or later owned by either of the parties shall not be affected by this agreement, but the same shall be governed by the laws of the state or county in which the property may be situated.
