Real Estate Term: Diminishing returns
Diminishing returns - An economic condition in which an increase in
capital or personnel does not increase production proportionately. (For example, whereas two laborers may do more than twice the work of one
laborer, four laborers may do less than four times the work of one laborer.) The return diminishes when production is proportionately less
than input.
